To return a product for calibration or service, we suggest you use the above form. To return product simply ship prepaid to the address shown below. When we receive the product, we will fax you an estimate of the charges and request instructions from you.
Return authorization number is not required. There is never a charge to examine the product and no charges are ever billed without your permission. Do not ship hazardous materials/hazardous substances (i.e.: mercury, glass thermometers, etc.).
